Her paintings, installations and video works explore her Caribbean ancestry, while often highlighting ideas of pop culture and culture clash. Williams completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing at the Alberta College of Art and Design in 2007. She has shown her work in Calgary, Edmonton, Italy and Spain.
Adrianne’s parents Arnold and Eileen Williams are longstanding members of the Calgary Association.

Conversations about racism and discrimination are important not just because they are current but because of the impact they can have for our future. A big thank you to Benjamin Jn Paul aged 10 for sharing and reminding us all to take a breath reflect and consider how we can be part of the solutions.
